Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service using available training programs and measurement tools
- Maintaining a balanced cash drawer and resolving errors or discrepancies as they arise
- Buying and selling currency from the vault as necessary, ensuring teller drawer cash limits are not exceeded
- Understanding the features and benefits of arenaflex consumer and business products and services
- Answering basic customer inquiries and cross-selling when appropriate
- Working effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Following all arenaflex policies and procedures
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Customer service-oriented individual with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical and cash handling skills
- Basic keyboard navigation ability
- Understanding and application of banking compliance regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including Outlook and Word) is preferred
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
