The Role
We are seeking an experienced full stack Windows administrator and automation developer to join our dynamic Web Systems Engineering team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for supporting automation for Jenkins Pipeline and Ansible Playbooks for Windows OS provisioning. If you have a strong background in Windows Server administration, PowerShell, and GitHub, and are passionate about working with Open Source technologies, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Support automation for Jenkins Pipeline and Ansible Playbooks for Windows OS provisioning
- Develop and maintain scripts using Open Source technologies such as Ansible and Terraform
- Collaborate with the Web Systems Engineering team to design and implement high-quality solutions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on Windows Server administration and automation development
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for automation development
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of system engineering experience with Windows Server administration
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell and GitHub
- Experience with public cloud automation (Azure/GCP)
- 4+ years of experience writing scripts with Open Source technologies (Ansible/Terraform preferred)
- Proven track record of supporting Automation for Jenkins Pipeline and Ansible Playbooks for Windows OS provisioning
- Ability to show examples of script development via GitHub or work sample
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and services such as AWS and Azure
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git

Our Web Systems Engineering team is a diverse and dynamic group of experts who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible with technology. Our team consists of 29 engineers, including 2 Beacon Hill consultants, and we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
