About the Role

As a Team Leader at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in encouraging excellent customer service to our customers, stores, and associates. You will be responsible for assisting agents with technology, professional communication, and career development while building rapport within your team and upholding service level metrics. To excel in this role, you must be punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of agents to deliver exceptional customer service and meet or exceed service level metrics

  • Assist agents with technology, professional communication, and career development
  • Build rapport within the team and foster a positive, inclusive work environment
  • Uphold arenaflex's values and standards of excellence
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive results and improve processes
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth
  • Provide coaching and feedback to agents to enhance their performance and career development

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or data entry environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding service level metrics
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategies for growth
  • Proficiency in technology, including CRM systems and data entry software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Certification in customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
