Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to assist customers with inquiries, booking changes, cancellations, and more
• Troubleshooting customer issues with tickets, reservations, flight schedules, and travel preferences

• Processing and updating customer information and flight details accurately in company systems

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
