Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing social media interactions through various platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, for multiple clients. Your duties will include:

  • Posting updates and engaging with the audience to maintain a strong online presence
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to optimize engagement and improve client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with client goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through live chat, email, and phone

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour

  • Dependability and responsibility are key, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Beginner-friendly; all necessary training will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared for the role
