Job Requirements

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You'll also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software, as well as have a strong focus on accuracy and organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems

  • Ensure data entry is completed to a high standard, with minimal errors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven track record in data entry or a related field
  • Proficient typing skills with a strong focus on accuracy (25 words per minute input)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in data entry for a healthcare or eye care company is advantageous
