Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and efficient support to customers through various channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Resolving customer issues regarding orders, deliveries, and account management in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Identifying and escalating issues that require further investigation or resolution by higher-level support teams
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt, accurate, and consistent responses
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and payment issues
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately in the system, ensuring all issues are logged and resolved
  • Contributing to improving internal processes and procedures based on customer feedback
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service experiences
  • Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions in a calm and positive manner

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude towards challenges
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle high volumes of inquiries
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools

Experience

No prior experience is required for this role – we're looking for freshers or individuals with little to no professional experience in customer support. Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus but not necessary.
