What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
- Analyzing professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
- Managing notices in various job portals and evaluating candidate applications
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes
- Collaborating with multicultural teams to achieve our recruitment goals
Heres What We Are Looking For
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. If you have:
- 1+ years of previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English language skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems
