Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As an Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
• Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
• Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks
• Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Working in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
• Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applicable to sites with stairs)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, team leadership, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
• Physical stamina to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Preferred Qualifications

* 2-3 years of experience in customer service, team leadership, or a related field

• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Certification in a related field (e.g., OSHA, forklift operation)
