Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Analyst on our Paid Media Optimization team, you will play a critical role in supporting our paid media examination capability to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group. You will work closely with marketing teams to identify ways to optimize the efficiency of our paid media spend and develop insightful analyses to inform and drive business decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating and disseminating custom reports and analyses that illuminate our paid media strategy and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and implementation of paid media examination capabilities to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group - Collaborate with marketing teams to identify areas for improvement in paid media spend efficiency and develop strategies to optimize performance - Conduct in-depth analyses of paid media data to inform business decisions and drive growth - Create custom reports and analyses to illuminate paid media strategy and drive results - Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards to track progress and drive emphasis on results and execution - Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth

About You

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics) - 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or advertising context - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations - Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field - 2+ years of experience in data analysis - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in a quantitative field - 3+ years of experience in data analysis - Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools - Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
