Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, including US Government (USG) and enterprise clients. You will work closely with our team of experts, including Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solution Architects, to resolve complex issues and provide expert advice on various topics. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience, and you will be the go-to expert on big business record and charging issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to US Government (USG) and enterprise clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Work closely with Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solution Architects to resolve complex issues and provide expert advice on various topics.
• Proactively assist clients with avoiding potential issues, jumping deep to understand the root causes of problems and providing solutions.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve client issues, and to develop new solutions and services.
• Provide training and support to clients on various topics, including big business record and charging issues.
• Analyze client feedback and use it to improve arenaflex's products and services.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science.

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong technical skills, with experience in cloud computing, big data, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud platforms.

• Knowledge of big business record and charging issues, including Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3.
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
• Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop new solutions and services.
