Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat, email, and other channels. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

- Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in chat software, email clients, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
