Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our virtual call center team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through real-time calls, emails, and chats. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through real-time calls, emails, and chats, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, including sales, returns, and exchanges
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and promotions
- Meet or exceed departmental goals and performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer support experience in a call center or retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work a variety of shift assignments, including nights, weekends, and holidays
