Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Retail Customer Service Representative to join our tight-knit team in Loveland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization, conveying our expertise in products, services, and capabilities to customers.
  • Communicate customer requirements to the support team following company policies and procedures.
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution.
