Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing world-class support to our customers through live chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To succeed as a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support environment or healthcare-related industry.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in customer service, health communication, or related field is a plus.
