Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing expert-level support to our customers through instant messaging on our website or mobile app. You'll work closely with our customer service platform and CRM system to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences, resolve technical problems, and offer real-time problem-solving solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming a brand or product expert: Develop a thorough understanding of our brand, products, and services to provide customers with reliable support throughout the purchasing process or troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Maintaining live chat best practices: Respond to every customer query, use clear and correct writing, and professional language, and follow up with customers post-chat to ensure their needs are met.

Essential Qualifications
