Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings through proactive problem-solving and effective communication
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to coordinate solutions and ensure timely completion

Essential Qualifications:

* Highly developed communication skills for voice, email, and chat interactions
