- Send notification texts to agents, utilizing pre-approved scripts to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Respond to customer inquiries and agent requests via text or email, providing timely and accurate support
- Perform minor related tasks as needed, such as data entry or research
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse personalities and situations
