As a Virtual Assistant – Part-Time Customer Care Representative for arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers and real estate agents. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing contact forms, sending automated email alerts and welcome texts, and responding to customer inquiries via text or email. Key Responsibilities

* Review contact forms submitted by home buyers and sellers to ensure they are complete and appropriate

  • Send automated email alerts to real estate agents using our proprietary system
  • Send welcome texts via Google Voice to customers, providing them with essential information and next steps
  • Send notification texts to agents, utilizing pre-approved scripts to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Respond to customer inquiries and agent requests via text or email, providing timely and accurate support
  • Perform minor related tasks as needed, such as data entry or research

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer care or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse personalities and situations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Voice and email management systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and concepts (a plus)

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools
