Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a variety of topics, including:
+ Child-related products and services + Cell phones and mobile devices + Entertainment, such as TV shows, movies, and video games + Food and dining experiences + Sports and leisure activities + Electronics and gadgets + Pets and animal-related products + Automobiles and transportation
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to the meeting date
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior experience is required, but you must be able to work independently

Compensation
