Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Communicating effectively with patients, both verbally and in writing, to resolve their inquiries and concerns
• Learning and understanding the operation of ETM software, as well as billing and account operations
• Answering and documenting all telephone inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses
• Researching and resolving problems with patients' bills, including updating insurance coverage as needed
• Printing courtesy claims and itemized statements, as well as rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information
• Arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
• Performing other duties and assignments as requested by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• The ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment
• A positive and patient attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:

• Bilingual English/Spanish language skills
• Experience in retail and restaurant service, with a focus on customer-facing roles
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
