Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborating with regional facilities to create a seamless customer experience
- Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving issues as necessary, escalating to senior team members when required
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be a successful Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check
