Responsibilities
As a Digital Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to their concerns.
- Order Tracking and Returns: Assist customers with tracking their orders, processing returns and refunds, and answering warranty-related questions.

Requirements
