The Role

As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support through inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and chat functions
  • Resolving routine problems and issues related to client products or services
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish, with a good command of English
  • A passion for customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A flexible and dynamic approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Location and Working Hours

This role is available from the United States, Estonia, and South Dakota (USA), with multiple start dates during 2025. You'll work in 8.5-hour shifts, which may include both weekdays and weekends. You'll have the flexibility to work from home or from one of our offices in the Baltic region, including Riga, Tallinn, Tartu, and Daugavpils.
