Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team, where you'll be responsible for driving business growth through data analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise in data visualization, statistical modeling, and data mining. Your primary goal will be to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions, drive revenue growth, and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet future requirements and scalability

• Become an expert on arenaflex's marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Utilize advanced data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to drive scientific and reporting capabilities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs, setting goals and objectives for various campaigns
• Identify valuable opportunities to improve or add to existing perspectives on data, leading to better insights and learnings
• Practice sound business judgment and influence the direction of arenaflex's business by working with and delivering results to cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure data-driven decision-making

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role, with a focus on logical problem-solving and quantitative methodologies

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong understanding of data visualization, statistical modeling, and data mining
• Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong business acumen, with a passion for marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and customer growth
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation for web or software applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to transition between detailed data analysis and high-level insights to drive business decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a consulting firm, investment bank, or private equity firm, or as an analyst in a high-growth B2C or B2B tech company

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
• Experience with machine learning, natural language processing, or other advanced data analytics techniques
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
