As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, you will be an integral part of our customer support team, working closely with our clients and customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional support.
Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to help resolve customer issues and concerns
- Providing detailed information about our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits to customers
- Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of customer requirements and preferences
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and updates
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications
- Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday from 10AM – 6:30PM CST
- Be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
- Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
