About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our Sales and Account Management Department, assisting in day-to-day operations centered around Sales and Account management. You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team, build strong relationships with customers and potential customers, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Documenting Issues: Accurately record any customer-related issues and work orders in our system, ensuring that all details are captured and up-to-date.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Operations, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
