Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a customer service professional, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' shareholders, responding to inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring that our clients' messages are effectively conveyed. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients' shareholders, responding to inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring that our clients' messages are effectively conveyed
- Direct shareholders to where they can vote on Board of Directors, promoting transparency and engagement
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective communication strategies
- Respond to email inquiries and provide timely resolutions to customer concerns
- Utilize Microsoft Office to manage customer interactions and data
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required
- 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
- Good speaking voice and excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
- Experience with Microsoft Office and customer service software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in a remote setting
- Familiarity with shareholder communications and public company regulations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with data entry and customer relationship management software
