Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator/Executive Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Accurate Data Entry: You will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into various systems and databases, ensuring that our data is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to our executives, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and conducting research and compiling data for reports as needed.
  • Data Integrity: You will ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and updates, and collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Electronic and Paper Filing: You will assist in maintaining electronic and paper filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
  • Research and Reporting: You will conduct research and compile data for reports as needed, providing valuable insights to our executives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management is essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills are required to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
