Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Professional – Insurance Sales and Business Development at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting Business Production Goals: Achieve new business production goals and objectives, established by arenaflex's management team.
  • Soliciting New Business: Develop and implement strategies to solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Building Relationships: Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to arenaflex's clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends, products, and services, and maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 Years of Previous Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • P&C License: A valid Property and Casualty (P&C) license, or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Upbeat and Positive Attitude: A strong, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Multi-Tasking and Time Management: The ability to multi-task, follow through, and follow up on tasks and responsibilities.
  • Goal-Oriented and Driven: A driven and goal-oriented individual, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve results.
