Job Summary
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer care and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
- Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
- Up-sell products and services as needed
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
