Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers at our Amazon Locker+ retail locations. You will be the face of our brand, and your interactions with customers will be the key to building trust, loyalty, and satisfaction. Your duties will include:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, and adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
• Using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are accurately processed and stored

Requirements

* You must be 18 years or older and able to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English.

• You must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• You must be able to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• You must be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week.
