Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through our live chat platform

  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues

Requirements
