Job Overview

As a Live Chat/Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to customers via live chat and phone calls. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and phone calls in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' concerns - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues - Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals

- First Call Resolution (FCR) rate - Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score - Average Handling Time (AHT) - Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Previous customer service experience is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent
