Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist on our IT Service Desk team, you'll be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our customers, resolving issues related to IT systems, and ensuring that our business operations run smoothly. You'll work closely with our IT teams, vendors, and customers to diagnose and resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues related to IT systems, applications, and equipment.

  • Screen, refer, analyze, investigate, and resolve internal requests and incidents as they relate to IT systems.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and customers to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Document all customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for quality, productivity, and service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and apply this knowledge to improve our IT systems and services.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows, Linux, and other operating systems, as well as experience with IT service management tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Experience with IT service desk software, such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix.
  • Certification in IT service management, such as ITIL or HDI.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Hindi.
