Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and creative thinking.
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to pass a background check for the KY Rx Tech license, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
