Your Role:
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
Handling Incoming Calls:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing effective resolutions and exceeding customer expectations.
Research and Resolution:
Research and provide accurate and effective resolutions to customer inquiries, using your knowledge and expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
Documentation:
Accurately document call details, ensuring that all interactions are recorded and tracked for quality and customer satisfaction purposes.
Communication:
Communicate empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation, building trust and rapport with customers.
Meet Team Goals:
Meet team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily, working collaboratively with your team to achieve shared objectives.

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to:
Be 18 Years or Older:
Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years or older.
High School Diploma or Equivalent:
Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 Year at a Single Job:
Have a minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service.
Reliable Attendance:
Demonstrate reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
Typing Speed:
Achieve a typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
Hardwired Internet Connection:
Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
Secure Work Area:
Have a secure, private work area at home.
Flexible Availability:
Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
