Experienced Temporary Data Entry Professional – Sales Support Department

As a leading healthcare organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Professional to join our Sales Support department. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and in the office, collaborating with our Sales staff and Account Managers to ensure the accurate processing of Group Enrollment data.

Responsibilities

As a Temporary Data Entry Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate processing of Group Enrollment data. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate input of data into various sales systems, including but not limited to:

+ Group Enrollment Forms (GEFs) + Renewals + Revisions + Terminations + New sales

  • Ensuring all appropriate data is received to process the Group Enrollment Form (GEF)
  • Identifying quality improvement processes and procedures to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy
  • Processing Group Enrollment Forms (GEFs) on renewals, revisions, terminations, etc.
  • Serving as the primary internal contact for Enrollment and premium billing for various processes
  • Collaborating with Sales & Account Managers on new sales, renewals, revisions, and terminations of group business

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a data entry related position, preferably in a managed care setting
  • Managed care experience is highly preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.00/hr and a hybrid work environment, with 2 days of remote work and 3 days of in-office work. Our benefits package includes:
