Experienced Data Entry Clerk – 1st Shift – Tax Document Processing

Job Summary:
We're looking for a motivated and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a 1st shift schedule. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing tax documents, verifying completeness and accuracy, and entering ballot data into the state system. Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and process scanned tax documents via electronic queue
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of filled documents, ensuring all necessary information is included
- Enter ballot data into the state system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Correct errors and update documentation as needed, ensuring seamless processing and minimal delays
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the processing cycle
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
* 6 months of data entry experience, with a strong understanding of data processing and entry procedures
- Excellent typing skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy (97% +) and speed (8000 key strokes per hour)
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility

Pay and Benefits:
* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
