Responsibilities
As a Document Control/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of documents, files, and other materials
- Ensuring the efficient and effective processing of documents, including scanning, indexing, and filing
- Providing exceptional support to team members, including responding to queries and resolving issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless document control processes
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies
- Performing other related duties as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in document control, data entry, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice-to-haves
