About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Advisor – Financial Services. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping and educating individuals about their financial planning options. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer care, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to address their financial goals.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Advisor – Financial Services, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with clients to understand their financial planning needs and goals
  • Providing personalized financial planning solutions and guidance on retirement plan rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, college plans, and more
  • Assisting clients with retirement planning, college planning, long-term care, life insurance, and other financial planning needs
  • Building strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial planning solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients

Desirable Experience

While prior experience in the financial industry is not mandatory, we're looking for individuals with:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine willingness to help others
  • Strong social and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, marketing, accounting, or managerial/leadership/entrepreneurial roles

Employment Type and Compensation

As a 1099 employee, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely via Zoom, with the option to work from a nearby branch location. Our compensation package includes a minimum monthly wage of $10,000, with opportunities for commission-based earnings.
