The Role
As a Data Entry Clerk II at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing administrative/clerical support to our business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry. Your duties will include:
- Providing document review and data entry support
- Performing data entry and accuracy checks
- Scanning and sorting mail
- Transcribing routine pre-coded and identifiable alphanumeric data from source documents and/or phone calls into an automated system
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work
- Comparing lists of numbers and finding mismatches/errors
- Handling multiple assignments
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy, and production
- Working under strict deadlines
- Performing all other duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- The ability to meet the requirements of a background check
- The ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously
- Good attendance/punctuality
- 1-2 years' experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications and Success Factors
While not required, the following qualifications and success factors will make you a strong candidate for this role:
- Accurate typing skills
- Attention to detail/accurate typing skills
- Data entry skills and 10,000 KPH numeric
- Manual dexterity
- Ability to use PC, 10 key, calculator, and/or data entry devices

Pay Transparency
arenaflex is committed to transparency in our compensation practices. While actual salaries may vary based on location, experience, and performance, we strive to provide a fair and competitive compensation package. For this role, the estimated salary range is $15.00 per hour for training and production.
