Job Overview
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist III, you'll play a critical role in supporting customer service and data management activities across our digital applications and tools. This is a cross-functional position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You'll be responsible for facilitating registration and onboarding of new users, monitoring and responding to email correspondence, providing troubleshooting support, and supporting data entry and administration activities.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate registration and onboarding of new users requesting access to digital applications
- Monitor and respond to email correspondence from internal and external users to ensure successful usage of digital applications
- Provide troubleshooting support and quality customer service with users via email
- Support data entry and administration within digital applications
- Support data entry and data management activities across platforms and tools
- Support data hygiene activities
- Support data updates within digital applications
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications
- Experience with customer service
- Experience with data entry
- Experience with Salesforce, Adobe products, and SAP preferred but not required
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in data entry
- 3+ years of experience working remotely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
