Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Keying paper applications into our database with high accuracy and speed
  • Maintaining acceptable keying speed and accuracy, adhering to our quality standards
  • Assisting the deposit room with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
  • Providing support with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
  • Collaborating with management to address and suggest systematic opportunities and issues

Education and Work Experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A High School Diploma, with a college degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field

Knowledge and Skills

To perform the job successfully, you should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times, handling sensitive information with discretion and care
  • Communication: Effectively communicate verbally and in writing, both internally and externally
