As our Experienced Customer Advocacy Program Manager – Global Customer Reference Program Lead, you'll have the opportunity to:

* Influence global brand perception by managing arenaflex's presence on major review platforms, monitoring feedback, and helping refine the company's reputation globally
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proven experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or a related field, with a talent for operationalizing and communicating marketing programs
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders
* Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and advocacy platforms
* Experience managing customer reviews and reputation on platforms like G2, Trustpilot, and Capterra
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required
Key Responsibilities
As our Experienced Customer Advocacy Program Manager – Global Customer Reference Program Lead, you'll be responsible for:
* Curating and presenting customer stories, collecting and organizing case studies, testimonials, and other customer insights to ensure they are well-documented and effectively communicated
* Maximizing the impact of customer evidence by working with teams to integrate testimonials and case studies into sales and marketing materials, demonstrating the value of arenaflex's services
* Managing arenaflex's presence on global review platforms, monitoring customer reviews, responding appropriately, and using feedback to strengthen arenaflex's brand and engagement

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level.

The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
