Experienced Customer Support Specialist – Compliance and Safety Advocate

We're now seeking an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our CareDriver Compliance Team, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our passengers.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining a healthy marketplace, ensuring compliance across multiple markets, and fostering one of the most productive and caring driver communities in the world. You'll work closely with our Support and Operations teams to resolve CareDriver inquiries, advocate for safety, and make critical decisions about user accounts. Key Responsibilities

* Support national and local compliance efforts to ensure every CareDriver on the platform adheres to applicable policies, rules, and regulations.

  • Monitor and audit CareDriver activities for compliance, including reviewing vehicle documentation for accuracy and adherence to policies.
  • Pause, reactivate, and deactivate CareDrivers based on compliance status, ensuring a seamless experience for our passengers.
  • Run regular reports on major partner platforms to track compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with special projects related to compliance and safety, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Participate in support efforts, including phone calls and email responses, to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Support and Operations teams to resolve CareDriver inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Meet key performance metrics, including SLAs, quality measures, and decision timelines, to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Review deactivation decisions to ensure they align with arenaflex's Community Guidelines, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding.
  • Advocate for safety and use strong investigative skills to make critical decisions about user accounts, protecting our passengers and drivers.
  • Maintain confidentiality while performing account reviews and documenting findings through detailed written reports.
  • Educate riders and drivers to promote positive experiences and safety within the arenaflex platform, fostering a culture of mutual respect and trust.

Qualifications & Experience

* 6-12 months of compliance experience in a related role, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical, investigative, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • 1 year of experience supporting customers via phone/email, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Background in advocacy, crisis management, mediation, or e-commerce customer service, with a strong understanding of conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Experience handling change management in fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Tableau (a plus), with experience in data visualization and reporting.

Compensation & Benefits

arenaflex is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Los Angeles, CA is $20-$22/hr. This position is remote, and compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors, including a candidate's relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options. Additional benefits include:
