Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for: - Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to help our clients generate revenue. - Providing detailed information about our clients' products and services, ensuring that customers have a seamless and engaging experience. - Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that our clients' customers have a smooth and efficient experience. - Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers. - Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that help our clients to improve their sales and marketing strategies. - Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need: - Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, it's a plus. - Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change. - A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and lead generation. - A willingness to learn and grow with our company, with a passion for the automotive industry and a desire to make a real impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of our clients' products and services. - Strong gaming experience, with a proven ability to multitask and think on your feet. - A background in sales or marketing, with a strong understanding of lead generation and customer conversion.
Requirements
- Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin. - Must own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone. - Must be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday from the hours of 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT. - Must be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday.
