Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager - arenaflex Agent Team Member, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business
  • Leading a team of 4 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to ensure seamless customer service and sales support
  • Collaborating with other agency team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Anticipating customer needs and proactively resolving issues to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commitment to customer service and a passion for helping people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively relate to customers and coordinate with other team members
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • A Texas General Lines License or the ability to acquire one
  • A competitive desire to sell and service insurance and financial products

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations or the ability to acquire them
