Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and providing personalized solutions
- Utilize arenaflex's technology platforms to troubleshoot online services, gather information, and track customer interactions
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services to drive sales growth
- Actively participate in arenaflex's sales and service culture, supporting the values of the organization and following established bank policies and procedures
- Meet and exceed service goals, building and advancing customer relationships through proactive customer service approaches
- Work with confidential customer information, treating it sensitively and securely
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
* High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Two years of consistent customer service experience, preferably in financial services
- Six months of Call Center experience desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Windows-based applications, internet browsers, mobile devices, and basic computer hardware
- Ability to meet training standards and work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills a plus
Preferred Qualifications
