Work You'll Do

Our ambition is to be the best in the world at driving customer transformation through the development of clever commercial strategies, distinctive experiences, and the application of digital technologies. As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a critical role in helping companies maximize the return on their digital sales enablement and sales operations infrastructure investment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping companies devise sales strategies aimed at improving sales productivity, focused on sales process standardization, digital tool adoption, and sales reporting (pipeline, performance)
  • Providing best-in-class services for planning, designing, deploying, and supporting digital sales technology tools
  • Offering end-to-end solutions, including process analysis and design, requirements planning, business case development, analytics support, and administration support
  • Acting in a mentoring capacity to support the career development of other colleagues
  • Responsible for business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.
  • Contributing to the internal development of our practice through participation in areas such as business development, training, methodology, and toolkit development, and recruiting

The Team

Our Sales and Service team is dedicated to designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. We help make the "creative digital consultancy" real and in doing so, make new markets. Our professionals serve our clients through the following types of work:

  • Customer Operations: modernize, deploy, and operate office capabilities and business processes across sales operations, quote-to-cash, and revenue management teams
  • Sales Excellence & Service Excellence: integrate the latest technologies with leading-edge strategies, insights, experiences, and talent to enable outstanding customer service
  • Salesforce: unleash the powerful Salesforce platform for our clients to drive the best possible outcomes and redefine engagement

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience, including 1-2 years in the Life Sciences industry
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications

* Demonstrated interest in Life Sciences ecosystem strategic challenges, medical, pharmaceutical, health care delivery, or insurance, regulatory, policy issues

  • Experience working with Commercial Technology and Commercial Technology vendors across the Sales, Marketing, and Service functions
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including quantitative, statistical, or medical/pharmacy research interest
  • Knowledge of Commercial Life Sciences Platforms: CRM, Marketing/Campaign Management, Omni-Channel Engagement, Contact Center, Lead Management, Post-Sales Support
  • Technical experience in one or more of the following: Veeva, IQVIA, Salesforce Health Cloud, Pitcher, Customer Times, MedConnect, Patient Connect
  • Live within commuting distance to one of arenaflex's consulting offices

Compensation and Benefits

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program.
