Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Evening/Weekend Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Schedule
As a Part-Time Evening/Weekend Customer Service Representative, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:
- Monday-Friday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Off
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a work-from-home environment
- 1 year of experience in over-the-phone customer service
- Residency near Hutto, Texas (within a 1-hour commute)
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Self-starter mentality and ability to work unsupervised
- Service Titan experience is preferred but not required
